There are coaches in the world but none like Merle Eskowitz. I met Merle through a wellness program. She was a life coach and would speak to the class on the mind-body relationship. We were all trying to lose weight by eating healthy and exercising, but Merle took us to the next level of wellness. The way she speaks is soothing and her ideas are inspiring. She’ll add a little humor here and there to keep you smiling while you learn to balance your life, be conscious of your inner thoughts and how to reduce your stress. You leave the classroom feeling empowered, relaxed and loving yourself.
Merle is a breath of fresh air. No matter how you feel, after a session you leave refreshed, revitalized and full of energy to conquer the world! Her competence as a teacher and coach combined with her compassion and knowledge leave you confident and ready to face the world with renewed energy.
There is something very special about Merle…
She is blessed to have an absolute sense of inner peace and calm that continuously surrounds her, and it is this tremendous gift that is shared with all of us the moment that you meet her. Merle is the strength and guidance that we all need to remind us that we are the absolute most important person in our life. It has been a true pleasure of mine to share any moments with Merle. I strongly encourage anyone to take any of her classes.

LET'S CREATE THE OPPORTUNITY FOR HEALING AND BALANCE!
Most of us know what we should be doing to be healthy and happy. Yet, often times, something inside pushes us to make choices that seem to be in direct opposition to what we say we want.
Did you ever wonder why we do that?
Let's look at why we do what we do, and adopt strategies to move us from:
Confusion... to clarity
Imbalance... to balance
Stress... to calm
Fear... to adventure!
Lack of motivation... to motivated!
Disempowered... to empowered!
WHAT IS THE MIND-BODY CONNECTION?
Research shows that what we think and how we feel directly affect our bodies.
We know this! What happens when you're under stress? Physical symptoms - headache, sore muscles, back pain, insomnia, upset stomach, right?
It also works the other way around! When we are challenged by health issues, we have mental-emotional symptoms such as stress, depression, anxiety, inability to think straight. This interrelationship is known as the mind-body connection.
Mind-body practices offered here take a closer look at understanding this connection and then show you how to move from stress, pain and suffering to peacefulness and well-being.

WHAT WE KNOW
It's not selfish to love yourself, take care of yourself & to make your happiness a priority.
It's necessary. - Mandy Hale
Yet for many of us, this doesn't come easily.
Life has handed us too much to do with not enough time just to be.
We've been taught that taking time for ourselves is selfish.
We're there for everyone... EXCEPT the one person who needs us the most!
We're stressed out, exhausted, and don't know how to change it!
MAKE your health and happiness a priority!
FREE YOURSELF from exhaustion!
